Welcome to the Civil Technology Department at Nobojibon Polytechnic Institute (NJPI), established in 2010. Under the guidance of our esteemed Head of Department, Monira Khatun, we have been at the forefront of delivering quality technical education in civil engineering. Our department is home to 465 students, guided by a dedicated team of three experienced faculty members. Our comprehensive curriculum covers various aspects of civil technology, including structural engineering, construction management, surveying, materials testing, and environmental engineering. We provide a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, ensuring that our graduates are well-prepared for the challenges of the construction industry in Bangladesh and beyond.

All graduates from the CST department are highly paid professionals in their respective sectors and maintain a strong connection with the department. This network of alumni provides valuable support to new graduates, helping them orient themselves to the job market. Currently, the department has 60 students actively studying, and 144 students have already successfully graduated. The CST department offers various customized 6-month short courses, some of which are funded and designed by national and international organizations under different projects (e.g., NSDA).

Computer science has made a positive impact on every aspect of society. From securing our financial systems to improving the quality of life and promoting equal representation, computer science is omnipresent.
